We work on issues relating to community and the environment, both at a strategic level and on the ground. Our strategic experience includes providing advice on a stakeholder engagement plan, or developing a sustainability code of conduct for suppliers.
At project level, we are particularly experienced in designing and implementing social impact assessments, often in tandem with stakeholder engagement plans. Our work in this area ties in with our Communications expertise.
